Missing items/characters
Hello, I'm hoping this will be seen by the right people, but I recently logged back into my swtor account and realized that all of my stuff, legacy, characters (several lvl 65s) and a large amount of credits and cartel coins/collectibles are missing from my account now. I'd like to know how I go about reclaiming these things.

You would likely have to call Customer Service.
I would suggest visiting https://account.swtor.com/user/cartelcoins to see if the purchase history gives any indication in to how the Cartel Coins were lost.
