Missing story mission (known issue, gm can fix it supposedly)

So I'm having the exact same issue as this person:

And supposedly an EA employee helped this person by unbugging it and teleporting the player infront of a mission console to pick up the mission.

I've tried looking at all the mission consoles, related NPCs/locations and messing with resetting instances of the involved Flashpoints. The only fix I can think of is if an employee unbugs my character like in the link above.

Specifics of what happened was that I finished the Umbara main story quest, got all the cutscenes for it but never got the followup "Traitor among the chiss". No Npc's give it and no mission consoles have it. I've submitted an ingame ticket but I usually only get automated responses from ingame support unfortunately.
