Missing textures (Pink) on Cartel Market Belt (repair did not help)

Pink would indicate as a local issue loading the texture , the question now is why it isnt being displayed

if a game repair is not picking up the texture, i guess the next step would be to try a clean install

i reinstalled the game today but again the same texture is missing....

i also tried to switch to the old launcher because some people said the new bitraider launcher is causing this, but whenever i change the launcher settings and delete the bitraider folder

the launcher login screen tells me that a problem has occured and that i should contact the support....

Bitraider is just one of 2 patch methods and it shouldnt error following the directs at this link

if it does error attach the latest laucnher log found in the log folder within the game folder

maybe a dxdiag per this guide would be handy too , not sure why it is having issues with this one item
