Mission object doesn't respawn

If a mission object doesn't respawn after a while, even reset mission, what can be done?

Well, I'm talking about imperial Makeb heroic mission The Specialist, last day I just couldn't sabotage the tower.

    It might be necessary to abandon the mission, and if it's in a phase, right click your character portrait and reset all active phases. Then pick it up again and see if it works.

    I think I did both reset the mission and abandon the mission than re-accepted it, but neither did it work. What should I do?

    It apparently be a bug?
