Mission Reset?

Is there any way somebody running the servers for SWTOR can reset the final phase of the 3rd chapter end mission?  I have had to reset the mission multiple times just to get thorugh the first portion of it.  First time, I could not proceed after completing the first mission objectives.  Came to the second one, disabling the escape pods and I could not interact with them.  So, left to go to the fleet, reset the mission and restarted it.  I was able to get past the escape pods but did not get any of the XP for anything.  Next time I had to reset the mission, I had just finished talking with the Supreme Chancellor and was suppposed to head back to use the escape pods to go and confront Darth Tormen.  Followed the map back to the area where I had disabled the escape pods and nothing.  Could not leave the Chancellor's ship.  Left for the fleet again and reset the mission.  Now it takes me back to Tormens ship but he is no where to be found and it acts like I am completely restarting the mission.
