multiple account issues

old time player here , havent logged since 2019 , the problems i am facing : 

1.  can not change e-mail from swtor.com , the one time pass never arrives
2. can not remove SK so i can install the google authenticator to my new phone i had to open my old phone to get access to my account

is there any e-mail to get in contact or they have fired most of the support too and they work only by phone for this game ? 

any help is welcomed.
