My account was closed abruptly
Three days ago i received an e-mail saying:
Dear Customer,
We are contacting you regarding your account for Star Wars: The Old Republic.
We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our Terms of Service and due to the nature of this violation of we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect.
Please note that your account will no longer be billed and we have removed your credit card information.

I read the Tos for accounts and I had violated nothing that I could see. I had purchased a sub three days prior to receiving this and would really like to play again without starting a new account. I had also posted this on Reddit and had some help on there. I am a fairly new player and would like to continue to play and support this game.

How to address your banned or suspended account
You will need to send an email to: SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com
For the Subject of your email
Write whether your account was banned or suspended, followed by the game or product name, and the user name. The Subject of your email should look like this:
- Banned Account – FIFA 15 – Player1234
- Suspended Account – Battlefield 4 - MySoldierABC
For the Body of your email
Include the following information:
- First name and last name:
- Game/product name:
- User name:
- User name is your ID, PlayStation™Network online ID, Xbox LIVE gamertag, or game-specific username.
- Email address of your EA Account:
- Where your game or product was purchased:
- Banned or suspended:
- Error/notification message received (if any):
- Details of your dispute:
We review each account and/or user name on a case by case basis. While we make every effort to address these inquiries within 72 hours, the time required to do a full investigation may vary. Be sure to read EA's Account Suspension Policy.
NOTE: The majority of banned or suspended accounts are only suspended temporarily. Find more information about the length of your suspension by checking the email address associated with your account.
