I had registered and it was listed for years the collectors edition of SWTor. It is not listed anymore. Why?
Also I installed from the website the standard install and all I get is stuck at the splash screen at 100% cpu usage. How to fix?
where was this listed, swtor accounts do not have perks like collectors edition removed, it is more a different account, would be best to call swtor support when the lines are listed as open and they can look further at the account.

It was listed when I had origin. But that crappy EA play app deleted ALL my games. 6 finally came back but SWTOR collectors edition no longer shows. I doubt SW tor support can help. This is an EA issue.

Open the client_settings.ini file in notepad and ensure the following are displayed within the [Renderer] section if they dont exist.
Fullscreen = false D3DFullScreen = false RefreshRate = 60
Yes the EA app doesnt list swtor, this doesnt affect you having the collector edition entitlement in game though when logging into your swtor account
Do you know how to use a Windows 10 computer yes? Do this:
Turn off and sign out from EA app
Start>(or search/cortana)>EA>"App Recovery">Launch(wait a little) if needed, log in to when it appears, if not its okay. Click Clean cache if it appears.
Try loggin in to EA app now from desktop shortcut, games should appear in your games list.
