Definitely let us know if she's still missing after the repair.
Sometimes, the companion portrait is missing, you then have to hit N to open the companion window and call her manually.
Also, keep in mind that during some chapters of the Fallen Empire story, you are not allowed to have a companion so she will be unavailable there.
So I have done as you said, after deleting the folder nothing happen, I see the name of my Kira but not herself. I alsp notice that some PNJ and bots are invisible too
It's possible that if you have very low graphic settings, some PNJ are not rendered.
Go to Preferences, Graphics, and set the Display limitation for characters for high, then they shouldn't be invisible. By the way, even though Kira shows invisible, she'll still help you throughout the fight.
does not work too my graphic at almost at the highest perf. Well the probleme is that it's not only kira , it also Pnj mobs and even other player when I played a PVP
