My launcher is stuck at 0%?
ok so what happened was I was having problems getting the launcher to show up at first for a while (it was solved) but then right after the launcher just stayed at 0% for some reason.....

None of the solutions you guys are giving really match up to what i'm dealing with, but I did find the folder that says SWTOR _setup in downloads..
So you don't have the game installed ?
Both the client_settings edit and the unspecified error steps have both been known to help with stuck at 0% on a game patch.
If you have never installed and running the setup from www.swtor.com/download then go to clean boot and see if it behaves , if it does after install follow the directions to return to normal boot
I followed the steps that it showed me, not much of a difference here...
