Or if you are logged on the website, do you see if there is maybe an "age verification request"? Cause seems there is a series of post about a similar issue

Did you change your password recently? Could it be that on the game launcher, you have ticked the option" Remember this account"? I had an issue once where that option was ticked and I could not in the game, but only on the website... and unselecting it did the trick, at least for me ...
Another issue could be if you have a security key on your account... but if you are able to log on the website, it should work for both ...
