Call swtor support when the lines are open and supply the Steam ID as seen in the image, they can ascertain what if any swtor accounts are linked to that steam id, however you will need to prove as an owner of that swtor account too.

I live outside of the countries supplied with a EA contact number and my phone carrier is really difficult to get international minutes on. Is there any online alternate contact? I swear I remember you used to be able to chat with a representative online but i am not supprised in the slightest if they have removed this option.
Swtor support has never had a online chat , there is an email support@swtor.com
