Long time, more than 5 years, that I stopped playing SWTOR. I tried to login today, but I forgot my pass. Tried to recover it, ok, but I dont have the authenticator anymore. How can I contact support to prove account ownership? No option for that on site.
For accounts that don't know the password and cant reset it due to an authenticator , as you need the password to remove the authenticator yourself, you will need to call to remove the authenticator to allow you reset the password on the account.
But my country is not one of the four listed, support cant reach by mail? There is an mail adress for international customers? Its insane to use an international call to recover an account that I spent real money! 😥
