new pc cant login to my swtor account

hello simple problem i cant login because it says new pc detected how ever account is almost 10 years old i think i do not have the email acces anymore because its the same problem as here outlook wont let me back in my acc even do i have my email and password and swtor also dont let me login i cant get the one time password I NEED SWTOR support helper pls
