Newly Purchased SWTOR-Time Code not working

Question

Title says it all honestly!I had this happen before awhile back and figured it'd be a one off thing that would be fixed. How ever, this time around I bought another Time Card off Amazon and it's stating again that it's been used on the SWTOR website when I go to Code Redemption.Was wondering if I could get some assistance with it some how

Hey there!So in this case your best bet would be to reach out to SWTOR support directly by following the instructions here&nbsp;they should be able to double check whether the code has been used previously or if there is an error with it.Ultimately you may be directed to contact Amazon directly about getting a replacement code.
