checking the account with swtor support for any issues and they have your screenshots of the steam purchase
response will be in about 9 hrs when support are online for the day
steam purchases usually fail for 2 reasons, either the accounts were not linked prior to the purchase or the swtor account is disabled for subscribing, in that case no gametime can be added to the account until the account issue is resolved
Your email is in the queue for an agent , however the agent will ask you to call them when the lines are open to fix the account issue

it should be a quick easy fix, have another email address ready to place on the linked ea account, it seems the required email to restore the linked ea account is now used on the ea account your posting on

How will the call work I'm from Romania... and another thing, I have (and always had) the same old email to all accounts, only VERY few new (recent years) functional accounts (not game or game related sites) have other newer gmail the rest all have had and still do the same yahoo mail. Never had to change it before, if you want I can change to a totally different (that newer) email on the Ea account if that helps, but isn't that make them not connected anymore?

changing emails on accounts does not change linkage, linkage is permanent , more likely the linked ea account went dormant due to no usage and then the email was used on another account
in this case you would need to put another email address to reactivate the account to enable purchasing on the swtor account again, swtor can add steam purchases once the account is active
Romania would be pointed to call the Uk number , line opens in about 2 hrs
Your only remaining option would be to create a new swtor account with another email address, link steam to the new swtor account and resend the steam purchase screenshots
