Not Receiving one-time password email - stuck out of account

I just got off the phone with support. They said it's a known issue and that they've forwarded it to EA but didn't have a time frame on when it would be fixed. He said hotmail, yahoo, and outlook emails are the ones that are being affectd right now. If you call in though they can get you a one time password over the phone. It was actually quite pain-free.
