Not receiving reset password email
I forgot my password to my account because I haven't played in a long time. So I pressed forgot password and it said it'd send it to my email, it never did. I know it's the right email because pressing forgot username sends my username to my email. I'm f2p so I can't call support. How do I fix this?
F2P can definitely call support with account issues

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
