Old account , i dont get any email about login

Hi , i have a bit of a problem , i wanted to play again but i forgot my login info , so i wanted to use login and password reset by email , the problem is , they dont come at all , they came when i logged into ea.com but they dont for swtor , i dont know what to do cuz of course there is no support for non-subs , so another problem , i cant buy premium as i cant login into game , im stuck and hopelessly sitting putting face into my pc with a bit of hope that those emails will come .......someday . I would be greatfull for any advice
