Old account / lost authenticator

I would like to regain access to my account, but I changed my phone and forgot to move the authenticator app.

I need some way to remove the token, but I don't remember the password.

My display name is Kazuchi, and I have access to the email linked to the account and Steam account.

Is there any way to remove the token without having to call support?

The reason is that I don't speak English very well, and it would be easier for me if I had a written way to contact support.
