if he knows the email used try using https://account.swtor.com/user/displayname/recover
Yeah we tried, even recall old email, but there's no new messages in. He pretty sure that email is right, 'cause its only one email he had back then.
only other option is to call swtor support when the lines are open on monday and see if they can locate an account
