one time password not being received

Have the same problem, 2 account that I am returning on.
My login is correct as I can login and ply the game, but cant get to myaccount to subscribe.
I know the email and the accounts are correct as I had an email saying Dear xxxx and Dear yyyy for my 2 accounts saying come back and play the new content, so I know which account and which email but on both accounts neither get any OTP email, so i cant subscribe which means i cant get the new content either.. ☹️
I am having problems with PW- it sent me a one time PW that only has 7 letters, i can log on with it, but when i go to change PW its want the exsiting PW the new temp PW that has 7 letters - but when i try to change with the new temp PW its telling me its invaled not enough letters, so i cant change my PW if I log out it tells me my PW in invalid. what? PLZ?
The OTP is not a password on the account that is an additional layer of security on top of the password on the account
I needed to reset PW (dont have the old one) The 7 letter temp PW they sent got me logged in- when i tryed to change PW iots not letting me, must be a 7 letter PW,If i had my old PW I would not need to reset it, i dont get why they did it this way but i guess i cant get loggen in.
