i will flag to check any issues tomorrow with support
the otp though is a one time password are you sure another is not being sent for the reset
They offer this from the otp guide
The OTP I received is incorrect.
- Delete all previous OTP emails from SWTOR, then request a new one. Make sure you're entering the OTP within 15 minutes of it being requested.
- If the OTP emails are taking longer than 15 minutes to arrive, you will need to call our Account & Billing team who will be able to get you logged in.

I've the same problem, the mail is correct as I've searched my old mails and is correct the problem is the one time password not coming, I've tried with different browsers on different device both computers and mobiles but nothing come.

if the email is not in your spam/junk folder then you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to change the email on the account to one that can get the emails ok
- 2 years ago@proxos666 the problem is on swtor end not my email that is perfectly fine and receive every email from EA also; so i'm not going to make an international call just to change an email in year 2023, i've sent an email to [edit: email address removed] if they resolve good otherwise i'm gonna play another game.
