"One Time Password"

Question

I haven't played for awhile, so I reinstalled SWTOR on my steam account and went to login. I put in my name and password and then a screen popped up saying I will get a "one time password" in my email. Okay, no problem, I can wait.

Well, it's now been 30 minutes and still no email. I can't login to the SWTOR page either to check on my account because, guess what... it said IT would send me a one time password within 15 minutes. It hasn't. So, how am I supposed to play? Why aren't these "one time passwords" automated? How long, realistically, am I going to have to wait?

Sometimes mail delays can occurCheck Spam and Junk, also check older emails used on the account, if one is still on the linked EA account it could go there&nbsp;otherwise you need to call swtor support when the lines are open and check the email used on both accounts and likely use a different email that can get the otp emails

I've only used one email for the last 20 years, and I have checked every single inbox. It's been days now, and I'd say this is more than just a little "delay". I am clearly not the only one that has experienced this issue as all the forums are filled with the exact same issue. Thanks for your reply... it would have been nice to get an official response.

EA support do not deal with swtor account issues

I am mentioned by name in this article , no one on a forum can help you get the OTP email unfortunately, you need to call swtor support
