swtor username ?
email the origin code into support@swtor.com from the email used on the swtor account
I hope they can help.
Thankyou for giving me that direct email address. Everywhere I was looking seemed to imply I was going to have to call the US and pay about as much in phone charges as I had already spent on the game.
I hope they can help. I really want to try out this game and have some real fun with it, but when I realised that Origin had linked me to the wrong place I felt like such an idiot.

My Origin name (and in most places) is outsidefactor, but that was already taken on SWTOR, so I had to register as outside_factor.

I tried e-mailing, but they couldn't help me over e-mail so I had to call. Call was reasonable length at 15 minutes, the assistant listened to my issue, did some brief investigation and then said it had to be investigated more and I needed to wait 24 hours. I hope that he wasn't just trying to get me off of the line and they are actually doing something about it. Benefit of the doubt for now!
So I am now waiting for more news. Hopefully it will just get credited, but as yet I just don't know.
Thanks again for trying to help.- proxos6664 years agoHero+
