Paid for Pure Blood Sith but can't use it?

When the game first game out, I paid for it and played for a while and everything was fine. Then a few years ago some friends wanted to try it out again so I loaded up and wanted to be a Pure Blood Sith so I paid for it. Now again, its been a few years and I'm back to playing. I originally paid for the Pure Blood Sith race on the Star Forge server and since then have changed over to Satele Shan and don't have access to the Pure Blood Sith race anymore. Can someone please explain why this is the case? Or is each payment locked to a server? My Pure Bloods a level 29 Sith Assassin.
