Support confirmed your email is in the queue for an agent , just need to wait for their response
just to check you do need to email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message as long as that is in the email then support will just add the gametime when they get to your email
