Paid Subscription but account still shows free to play

Question

Hello!I am sure this might be a common problem, but I have purchased my sub yesterday and I still have it on free to play rn. I heard some people in game say that it might be my ea and swotr email to be different? I have recently changed my email to the one I have on EA.Is there something I need to do extra for my account to be recognized?Thank you in advance!

I forgot to mention I run the game through steam but I did the purchase through the website, not sure if that's any relevant&nbsp;

In your swtor account does the transaction show as open, closed or failed

Support recommend that you call when the lines are open, seems that invoice is still being processed
