password help

Question

SWTORso its the old song and dance of have account don't use it after abet then come back and forget the password but lucky me i have the security key app on my old phone so i go and put in user name get email to reset password. great right no nots so great turns out no matter what i do i get this text"Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired." no matter what i do so am i going to&nbsp;have to ... ugh talk to someone on the phone to fix this or is there something else i can do

If you dont know the password and know the security key , you can reset the password&nbsp;
if you know the password and dont have the security key , you can remove the security keyIf you dont know the password and dont have the security key you need to call to prove as the owner of the account , then they can remove the security key to allow you to reset the password to gain access to that account

@proxos666 that's the thing i do have the security key but not that password and i did try to reset it but as i said above when i put in the user name new password and then the security key i get this Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired

so im guessing i will have to call them then.
