I made a purchase on steam for some sub time, but guest what didnt work again. its the second time i buy some sub there and i dont get my sub and dont get my money back, how can i resolve this once for all, i tried to talk to the support on e-mail and they saying that the cant do nothing to help me. wtf why you keep the option to buy there if no one can buy?
i really need some help with this issue,

if you call ea support instead of swtor support they will say they cant help as they cant help with swtor

edit - i will need the swtor username to do this though
edit - the issue will be that the linked ea/origin account is disabled and needs a password reset ( it is likely not this ea account though ) hence i need the swtor username
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona senhorbarty (not senhorbar) that account uses the same email as on your swtor account Senhorbart
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword ( using the swtor email ) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.

The EA Account called senhorbarty is linked to the swtor account Senhorbart and they both use the same email and that EA account needs a password reset per above
The Swtor account called senhorbarty (not the EA account senhorbarty) has had the linked EA account deleted and is now permanently broken ( that account needs to be locked )
Ok, i did reset the password account, but i cant see how i could fix this there? where i go? what can i do to fix it? i had this problem cause almost all my gaming accounts is linked to one e-mail but the swtor one is linked to an old e-mail that ai almost dont use it.
by the way, there is any possibility to change the e-mail of the swtor account?
