Prefered Status not showing on account after bought cartel coins?

Question

So i bought some cartel coins the other day on my account, and this is supposed to give me prefered player status?
I received an emails saying my account was upgraded to prefered player status?

When i try to compose mail in the game though it deny's me and says i need to be a prefered status???? even though i already am?
Im really confused and annoyed, please any advice?

Logout of the gameDelete the file diskcachearenait can be located&nbsp;@&nbsp;C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtorreload the game - file will be rebuilt (temp file) when you login&nbsp;
