Previously authorized by subscription

Hello fellow jedi's

so today i started SWTOR up for being away a while, yesterday i wanted to use costumization for my companion mako and when i hover over the costumization pack it says i need mako and previously authorized by subscription and this is the part i don't get i have mako walking next to me and fighting with me in combat and i'm an old subscriber.

my friend and i were simultaneously subscribers so we had little bit more fun at the game. and my friend can costumize appearence of his companions and i can't what's the problem?
