Hello,
I've known this game for a long time now, and I know that sometimes male dialogue options activate instead of female ones, but it was very rare. The bug I'm reporting affects literally every mission; it's not a minor bug. At the end of character creation, I noticed that the game starts the story of a male Sith warrior instead of a female one, so all the dialogue is naturally geared towards the male character.
Thanks to you, I think I understand why the problem hasn't been fixed. If everyone thinks it's the same minor issue when it's actually a new major problem, that explains why it's still not patched.
