Swtor have confirmed they have your email in the queue , expect it will be sorted within the next 24 hours

I did, i sent them the code on both my in-game ticket and email ticket, thanks again for the help, i'm hoping they'll see it.

For awareness, It will be about 24 hours before i can touch base with the 'SWTOR team to check they have visibility on your ticket 

Just be sure that the code and the proof of purchase has been sent though and that is all you can do on your end for now.

They are actually just redirecting me each time if I call I must send an email when I send an email I must call  ...
