Problem with cartel coin

I have a problem, two days ago I bought on the official shop the cartel coins for ingame purchases, the coins arrived immediately but the money was not taken from my account, why?Forum Discussion

We can only guess, most likely reason Global Collect is working it slow.
If absolute unsure give them a call,
in any case best is to make sure the money is on your bank until it is taken.- @Ahrngrim
I hope it's like you said, i don't hide the fact i'm worried, maybe without a reason but i don't really like this kind of situations, anyway the money is there, I hope that sooner or later they wake up and take what they have to take .... preferably sooner rather than later, thanks for your answer.
