I seem to have a problem redeeming codes on the SWTOR website under my account. I receive an error indicating that the EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later. Problem has yet to resolve despite trying back hours later and in a new browser with no cookies. I confirmed that the ea account and the SWTOR account are using the same email.

using the same email on accounts does not create a linkage , the linked ea account linkage is permanent and would of used the email used to create the swtor account originally
flagged to check the account, response will be in about 9 - 10 hrs when support are online here for the day
To fix the account issue, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account "exiledlightning" that account has been disabled (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
The linked ea account used a @optonline.net email address which is a different email to the swtor email address
use this link (insert the @optonline.net address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
I’m having issues trying to reset the password for that account. I’ve tried to get the access code sent to the email but after numerous attempts nothing is received in junk or inbox. Is there any other way to reset the account or unlink?
linkage is permanent so it cant be unlinked, you will be best to call swtor support on monday when the lines are open, they can update the email on that account for you
