I guess Ill just have to call when they are open and I can talk? why they have decided to close my Case and claim it as "fixed" i don't know. I still have not heard from anyone or gotten a subscription added to me account despite sending everything required.
Is closing an open case as Fixed when Ive heard no response abnormal?

if you created an EA ticket it is closed when passed to swtor support, EA support cant deal with swtor account issues, you need to wait for an email from swtor support

Ahhh I see. It has to go through EA before it goes to SWTOR you mean?
Therefore it may claim its "Fixed" or closed on the EA support site---doesnt mean it truly is closed--only sent to SWTOR support... Is that correct?
