I had my account under an older email, I have never had an EA account associated with that email. It says EA Account Email: ******@disabled.ea.com. I would like to switch the EA account to this one that i have had made. It is under a new email but the email associated with my swtor account never had an EA account. It wont allow me to purchase or redeem codes at the moment. Thanks for the help
Every swtor account has an EA account as its used for purchasing, see this link
So the EA account would of likley used the same email address used to create the swtor account
Now it looks like the linked ea account has been disabled and had its data wiped due to inactivity
2 choices, call swtor support when the lines are open and they can place the same or a different email on the account
otherwise you can try and restore the EA account if you have access to the email used on the account originally

If you’re restoring a deleted account and haven’t created a new EA Account with the same email address as your deleted account, you may be able to restore your deleted account through a password reset.
If you’ve created a new EA Account with the same email, you’ll need to change the email address on the new account first in order to reset the password for the deleted one.
