Purchase Problem/Cant SUB
How do I fix not being able to purchase anything from this game? I use Origin to play and for some reason I cant purchase in-game or on the main website. I get (There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.) messages but that just leads to here because you cant sent a ticket in unless you subscribe (which I cant because I cant buy one). Its like asking a someone to call the hotline to get their broken phone fixed. Is there a more simple way to play and purchase items from this game? Should I switch to another portal? (Steam?) I can't even access which credit card in on my account.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona playerttrtn36w (not HawkTerradan your posting with) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
