Purchased Appearance Options: Expanded Selections from store, don't see them.

I bought the new Appearance Options: Expanded Selections thing for 240 in the store, but I don't see any of the new customizations in character creation. It says that you can choose from them during character creation or via the Appearance Designer in-game. Anybody else have problems with this? I don't know what to do.

    @Terrekon

    If you've claimed the item to your inventory and used/consumed the item, you might need to quit and restart the game for the changes to take effect.

    Thanks for replying. I did restart the game, because at the time, apparently the game was still downloading files in the background, so I quit the game and let it finish downloading. When I started the game back up again, there still weren't any new options in character creation. Thats why I'm wondering if it's just for Appearance Designer, and the bit about it being in character creation is a mistake.

    @Terrekon Ahaa! The item is still in your Sentinel's inventory. 6th row from the top, first slot on the left.

    @I_are_Simplex Hey there! When claiming the item from the Cartel Market after purchase, did you check your inventory? The appearance customization unlock would've shown up in your inventory like other unlocks, and you'll have to right click the item to unlock it for your account.

  • I looked in all of my characters inventories, when i go to the appearance stations the options appear but cost another 200 each

    @I_are_Simplex You'll have to have used the unlock that popped up in your inventory for it to reflect in character creation and the appearance designer as bought. Out of curiosity, did you check your unclaimed items stash from the cartel market of the character you tried to purchase it on? You might've forgotten to claim it. Alas, if you accidentally deleted it from your inventory or deleted the character that had the unlock, you'll have to contact support and see if they can restore it for you. I hope this helps!
