Swtor has a different CS then Origin to get the Swtor support pleas look here.

A SWTOR account is never deleted unless the account owner requests it, and this has to be done by deleting the EA account it is associated with (there is always one, as a SWTOR account cannot exist on its own). If you never deleted that EA account then your old SWTOR account is still around and SWTOR CS should be able to find it for you.

As for transferring items from one account to another this isn't something that can be done, but you can probably retrieve access to the account anyway if it wasn't deleted. You would need to give a call to SWTOR CS though.

I'm very sure it got deleted. When I noticed my origin account got hacked in my panic i started changing passwords and e-mails trying to prevent it getting truly stolen i managed to create another Origin account without realising. My SWTOR account had a different e-mail then my main Origin account. So when the dust cleared and I've gotten the issue resolved, I had 2 Origin accounts. Realising what happened i asked someone on the EA Chat support or what it's called, to delete the new game-less account. Didn't realise deleting this Origin account ment deleting the SWTOR account with it. Don't know if you get what I'm trying to say 🤭. Seems like a waste to lose both the progress in game and the money I spent..

Deletion of the SWTOR account/content should have been specifically called out when you were going through the process with EA Help.

Do you remember your main SWTOR account's Display Name, and your other EA account's Origin ID?
