Purchased subscription but still preferred status after 5 days

I am also having this issue and its really making me nott want to play I can not level past 60 until it goes thru all my friends have passed me now I am super pissed.

CS see you are on a 7 day referral , that does not unlock any expansions, the only way to level past 60 is to buy a 30 day subscription , that will grant will allow you to level to 75 , you then keep that access when the sub ends

So would i have to use this new likeAboss2214 account with origin to get sub? or should i just be able to use my old alextrollz account on the swtor launcher and website to get sub?

Origin purchase supplies a code to be redeemed on swtor.com , so it doesnt matter which origin account

just be mindful the 30 day code can only be applied once ever and the 60 day code is once every 6 months

can always buy 30 days on swtor.com and cancel the recurring sub sometime before the 30 days is up

if you still see the error page on swtor.com after resetting the password on that origin account, then try another web browser or use incognito mode if chrome

I am having the same error. I was getting "Error 0" trying to subscribe for 30 days. I purchased a 60-day and received the same error. However, I was charged (due to stupidly attempting multiple times, I was charged multiple times, though EA has refunded all but one of those purchases). I still can't get the game to recognize my sub though, and am listed as preferred only. My display name is TspoonFlynn.
