Race unlock not worked

I spent 600 cartel coins to unlock a race but its still for sale in the cartel market, not marked as purchased and the race isn't available when I go to start a new character.

Any ideas?

I'm playing non subscription on a legacy account

    Gents I have merged your posts together, send an email to support@swtor.com and provide a link to this thread.

    CS will be able to provide a refund of the cartel coins, however it will take a few days for them to respond.

    Unfortunately I cannot flag this directly with CS until Monday now.

    Send an email to support@swtor.com from the registered email of the swtor account and detail what occurred 

    If you do ever need to call swtor cs and your phone plan doesn't have free international calls try using skype, here in Australia on skype would be an hour phone call for $2.00

  • I just bought the Twi'lek and didn't recieve it aswell as Legacy Perk for Improved Speeder Piloting I.  It's been about an hour, since I bought them I believe.

  • This problem just happend to me, I bought the pureblood sith species unlock, claimed the item, but when I went to create a character it wasn't available, then I went to my ledger and the coins were deducted from my account, I am a newly subscriber and bought the unlock with the 500 monthly cc that we get.

    when you purchase an unlock it goes to the inventory of that character as an item to be used to apply to the account

  • I have unlocked Togruta and got Email that I claimed it.. but it is not available in game. I need help

  • Nothing came through my inventory. I am not a subscriber so I can't even ticket for petition..

    email support@swtor.com using the same email address you have used on your swtor account, detail the swtor displayname, what server and character made the purchase and they can look closer at what occured

  • I've had the same issue. Bought cartel coins twice, one at a 5 dollar value and the other at ten. Bought the Cathar race twice, thinking I might have made a mistake the first time. No unlocks, just took my money. Will send an email and hope they get back to me.
