Hi Proxos666
First i would like to thank you for your answer. I have searched many times on the internet to see if anyone else had this problem and on this forum i have seen few topics where you have helped the people who also had this problem.
Unfortunalety i have already tried the "netsh winsock reset catalog" and "netsh int ip reset reset.log" and reboot, but nothing changed.
I have also tried a scan, to uninstall and reinstall the game, to use the fixlauncher utility, to remove the libel file, but so far nothing have fixed the problem.

When you say fixlauncher utility you mean the repair utility at this link ?
Take the system to full clean boot per this link and advise if the launcher (run as administrator) at least appears ok or not
- Anonymous7 years ago
Yes i have already tried the repair utility from your link.
I have just performed a clean boot as well, but i still can't start the launcher :/

Ensure launcher.exe is in the antivirus and firewall and set to tun as administrator
try
Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok
%localappdata%
now once here scroll down and delete swtor and Swtorperf folders , if you have any custim UI you want to save go into the swtor folder in that location and copy the GuiProfiles folder to the desktop so it can be pasted back later into the same location once the game works again.

Hum ... i don't have any swtor and Swtorperf folders in AppData/Local
- proxos6667 years agoHero+
Hmm those folders should exist in the appdata location if the game has been played on this system before.
Can you make a new windows administrator account on that system as a test and log into this new profile and see if any change with starting the launcher

The problem might actually be from my computer system ... I can't create a new account, nothing happens. Also there is some other things which doesn't work with my system interface. For exemple ( i share this computer with someone who speak a different language ) if i wanna change the language, when i go in the interface settings and click on " add a language " nothing happens and the interface shut down.
I will have a look this week end and try to restore the system.
Thank you for your help and your patience, i'll keep you updated.

Initially open a command prompt as administrator and type
sfc /scannow
See if that finds errors and corrects them all ?
- Anonymous7 years ago
when i do the sfc /scannow command, the command prompt opens briefly (i don't know if can say it opens because it is not even a tenth of a second ) and closes immediately.

the command prompt will need to be running to type the sfc command in it
press the windows key and type cmd you should see command prompt listed , right mouse click on it and select run as administrator
then in the black command prompt type
sfc /scannow

oh my bad, i misunderstood.
So i did it and i get this :
Starting system scan. It will take some time.
Start the verification phase of the system scan.
3% verification completed.Windows resource protection found corrupted files, but can not repair some of these files. See details
CBS.Log windir \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log. For example C: \ Windows \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log.
Please note that recording is not supported in the current offline service case.( i used google translate to translate in english as it is not the main language of the computer because my friend is not here to help me to translate. So it might be a liuttle bit wrong for some words )

In the same command prompt run the following command
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Anonymous7 years ago
I got this :
Deploy image services and management tools
Version: 10.0.16299.15
Image Version: 10.0.16299.64
Error: 87
cleanup-image option is unknown.
For more information, please execute DISM.exe /? For instructions.
The DISM log can be found in C: \ Windows \ Logs \ DISM \ dism.log - proxos6667 years agoHero+
