Initially open a command prompt as administrator and type
sfc /scannow
See if that finds errors and corrects them all ?
when i do the sfc /scannow command, the command prompt opens briefly (i don't know if can say it opens because it is not even a tenth of a second ) and closes immediately.

the command prompt will need to be running to type the sfc command in it
press the windows key and type cmd you should see command prompt listed , right mouse click on it and select run as administrator
then in the black command prompt type
sfc /scannow

oh my bad, i misunderstood.
So i did it and i get this :
Starting system scan. It will take some time.
Start the verification phase of the system scan.
3% verification completed.Windows resource protection found corrupted files, but can not repair some of these files. See details
CBS.Log windir \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log. For example C: \ Windows \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log.
Please note that recording is not supported in the current offline service case.( i used google translate to translate in english as it is not the main language of the computer because my friend is not here to help me to translate. So it might be a liuttle bit wrong for some words )

In the same command prompt run the following command
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I got this :
Deploy image services and management tools

cleanup-image option is unknown.
For more information, please execute DISM.exe /? For instructions.
