Re: 1 month response time on ingame ticket
Hi, I appreciate the answer, but calling them really isn't a solution, especially since they state that they cannot help with ingame issues. I just really don't understand the problem, every other MMO out there manages to at least get a response to a ticket out within a week, and SWTOR support is only for subscribers, which should actually cut down on the amount of tickets they have to handle.
As a matter of fact, as a customer who spends money on the game every month, I do not feel appreciated at all. To me, it feels like they either have way too few people to handle support, or the people who are handling it are simply incompetent. I am sorry if this comes off as insulting, but in all the years of playing SWTOR, I have never once recieved a useful answer from support. But at least, until now I would get some sort of answer within a week or so.
