Updating, in hopes this may help you. I'm not a current subscriber, but I was one 7 years ago. I emailed support anyway, even though they say it's supposed to be for subscribers only.
After two days, I have received an automated message asking me to respond with a code to make sure that I was the one requesting assistance with my security key problem. They've made mention of their back log and delay times so I expect it will be another few days before my issue is addressed after I've replied to the email.
