does this occur at any other time or just starting swtor , also did you try the steps mentioned in the previous post ?

I found the solution, and I could play the game :D
I had to update my operating system to Windows 10, and it solved my problem!!! :D
But, thank you for your help, I am most thankful @proxos666! 🙂

If you happen to have an NVidia card and get a bsod on riding a taxi , check the known issues sticky at the top of this forum (just in case)...
