submit a ticket by email support@swtor.com from the email address you have utilised on the swtor account, include swtor account name and detail what was purchased etc and see if they can assist further

  • I did send an email before from a different email than the one my account is under but updated it to add my email in game should that work okay or should I resend it under my account email?

    as long as the swtor account displayname is in the email then they can know what account you are talking about
