Hello! Thank you for such fast answer! I'm from Russia. I paid subscription since SWTOR had launched and always have an opportunity to change billing method. All the time before i did it by credit cards.
Maybe try going to Swtor webpage, then clicking "Store" then clicking on one of the Cartel Coin options, then clicking buy now, and changing your payment options from there. You do not have to buy the cartel coins, just add a payment method and save it. Once the payment option is saved you should see it when you go to buy a subscription.
I'm not sure about this advice but..You can try to change you location/country and then maybe it will be possible to change billing method. I paid my sub by PayPal cause only one more week before KotFE early access. But then i tried to change country and function 'change billing method' was possible for me. Even when i changed back to my own country it still worked. I'm not sure about this method just maybe they fix it. But at least you can try it!
